come, let us show you

Between the "wow" moment after reading a book and the first abundant harvests, there are a few steps. We're here to walk through them with you.

Our trainers in design, permaculture and ecology share practical keys to build a project aligned with your vision, with a realistic phasing plan and plenty of advice for a successful planting. You'll leave with concrete skills and a regenerative vision.

Train with the Academy

The Academy is reshaping itself for 2027 around four short, accessible formats — a discovery week, two-day immersions, courses for garden professionals and the residential Focus week. New offers open on the French pages first; the Focus week is bookable now.

What about the food forest designer program?

The 2026-2027 edition will not take place. We explain why, numbers included, in an open letter (in French) — because this decision deserves better than silence.

Grafting, pruning, composting, natural ponds, visits… Since 2023, the Academy also lives through the seasons. (Most one-off workshops are in French.)

What you'll find everywhere

Four formats, one way of doing things: you learn in real, living places, alongside people who practise — and you leave with concrete keys, not just ideas.

  1. 01 Days in the field, in living places
  2. 02 A real scientific grounding: understand before acting
  3. 03 Encounters with people who practise
  4. 04 Human-scale groups, made for real exchanges
  5. 05 Joy and the drive to act, as much as lucidity
  6. 06 Concrete keys for your place or your trade

What stays with them

I've rarely felt I got so much out of a training, both in intensity and quality.
P Patrick
I came back from it deeply energised! This new world of edible food forests feels like a natural continuation of permaculture. A powerful, high-quality training — I can only recommend it.
A Audric
